These Terms of Use govern your use of the CutDeck application. If you purchase CutDeck through an app store, your purchase is also subject to that store’s terms (Apple, Google, or Microsoft, as applicable).
By downloading, installing, or using CutDeck, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The publisher is Eclipse Cyber Nexus LLC (“we”, “us”).
CutDeck is software that helps you create highlight clips from video on supported devices. Core processing is intended to run on-device. Features, platforms, and store availability may change over time.
If you obtain CutDeck through an app store, your license to use the paid features is granted according to that store’s rules and your purchase (including Apple Universal Purchase where applicable). We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CutDeck for lawful purposes on devices allowed by your purchase.
You may not: reverse engineer the app except where forbidden restrictions are prohibited by law; rent, sublicense, or redistribute the app except as the store allows; or bypass licensing or entitlement checks.
You retain ownership of media you import into CutDeck. You are responsible for having the rights to process and export that media. We do not claim ownership of your videos or transcripts.
You agree not to use CutDeck for unlawful content or activity, to infringe others’ rights, or to interfere with the app or related services.
Prices for store builds are set in each store. Refunds for App Store, Google Play, or Microsoft Store purchases are handled under those platforms’ refund policies. Contact [email protected] if you need help after a store purchase.
CutDeck is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that outputs will meet your particular creative or commercial goals.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eclipse Cyber Nexus LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of CutDeck. Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid for CutDeck in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you did not pay us).
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. On-device processing is a core design goal of CutDeck.
We may update these Terms. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Eclipse Cyber Nexus LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
